I am Jhon Campos Aguirre, a licensed Industrial and Mining Engineer with a Master in Project Management from ESAN. I have spent more than seven years inside mining and construction operations building and holding the project controls system — Buenaventura, Besalco – Stracon, Minsur, Chinalco, Volcan, Boroo: baseline and schedule in Primavera P6, progress and cost under EVM, NEC 3 contracts and the Power BI dashboard management actually decides on. I also lead a 45-person function across three teams at an AI company for mining.
