S-curve: plan against actual
Planned and executed cumulative progress on one axis, with the gap visible at every data date and the forecast to completion.
I am Jhon Campos Aguirre, a licensed Industrial and Mining Engineer. I spent seven years inside mining operations running project controls — Buenaventura, Besalco – Stracon, Minsur, Chinalco — and today I am Head of Data Management at Jebi, an AI company serving mines on three continents. I lead three annotation teams, 45 people across India and Peru, labelling 105,000 images a month to train computer vision models.
Head of Data Management at an AI company for mining, seven prior years of project controls inside operations, two engineering degrees and two master's degrees.

Project control is not demonstrated with adjectives. These are the artefacts I produce every week and, above all, the decision each one enables.
Planned and executed cumulative progress on one axis, with the gap visible at every data date and the forecast to completion.
Primavera P6 structure with WBS, logic, resources and version control. The critical path in blue; everything else has float and can wait.
Weekly plan compliance under Last Planner, with the four-week Look Ahead and the constraints blocking what was committed.
Sample visualisations using illustrative data. Each project's dashboards are built on its own information and under the applicable confidentiality agreements.
Outside full-time roles, these give an idea of the kind of problem I tend to solve.
Interactive Power BI dashboard for Peru's National Water and Sanitation Regulator, publishing the regulatory benchmarking results of the country's water and sanitation utilities. It is hosted on the Peruvian Government platform and openly accessible on gob.pe.
Primavera P6 schedules for competitive tender processes and contribution to the technical and commercial proposal submitted to Antamina and other mining operations.
I move between the field, contractors and management. That position is what lets the schedule reflect what is actually happening on site, and lets the report that reaches the board hold up when somebody asks where the number came from.
From field supervision to corporate project controls, always with the schedule and the data as the central tool.
Two engineering degrees plus two master's degrees: the combination that allows me to understand the mining operation and, at the same time, build the data layer that controls it.
Full project or one-off engagement, depending on what you need solved. I work remotely for any country and on site when the scope justifies it.
Tell me the context — project, need, objective — and I will come back with the best route and, where it applies, a proposal by scope.
